Good morning ladies, all well here. I went to curves yesterday. Got a real good workout. CC-We had steak for dinner too. Little earlier, not much. It was good, and I kept in control. We had only salad, and steamed veggies. I was looking for the potatoe, but hubby doesn't think we always need a bread. i was brought up a little different. i didn't mind it though, cuz i loaded up on the veggies, and felt pretty satisfied. plan on exercising again tonight.
sherri-what a day you had. sorry i missed you last nght, but i was still doing stuff around the house at 8:30-9:00 last night. We are starting to count down the days to vacation. all ladies i'm saying hi, and hope all is well with you today. if you are off plan, stop and take a deep breath, and jump back on. if you are on plan, awesome. keep it going. we can win this battle that we are in, one day at a time. think as positive as you can.
