Since 2009 started, I've been trying to become a vegan.
Fist I thought it would have been easier switching FIRST "just" to a vegetarian diet, but actually I found myself eating really too much cheese and dairy products. I wasn't feeling very healthy, so I tried to skip this step and switched to a vegan plan.
I felt better and I was even doing better... let's say now I'm 99% vegetarian and 90% vegan... I'm not perfect I know, but I will improve
I'm very interested in the Zone diet (I have few kilos to lose, too) but I find it hard to make it become vegan. I'm sure it would be pretty easy... but I'm searching for a "written plan", I mean, not only guidelines, I want rules and plans and meals!
Do you have any link or book to suggest me?
Please consider that I'm living in Italy, and not only I can't find most of the food/brands/products you usually are talking about... some of them I don't even understand what they ARE! LOL!!
