Default I'm in the 170s and am scared to death!

Yikes! 170s! Haven't been there for years! Panic-ing here...new territory!!! I'll keep going, but I feel like the USS Enterprise (to go where noone meaning ME has gone before...)...

I'm so excited for you, and can't wait to be where you are, either. Great job, keep going, soon it will be the 60s and 70s will be a distant dream.

New and EXCITING territory, that is. Hang on. You're in for the ride of your life... Nothing to fear, nothing to fear - it's all good. But I do have a feeling you shouldn't get too comfy in the 170's, because I don't think you'll be there all that long. The 160's are right on their tail.

Congratulations on a job very well done.

Yay for you! Hopefully the anxiety will ease up as you keep going down. I do know how you feel...when I entered into the 170's it had been like 18 years ago. All those doubting thoughts about will I ever maintain a lower weight kept creeping into my head. In my case I have never maintained any weight loss before, I couldn't maintain my weight at 300 pounds. I soon became tired of the 170's and decided to check out how scary the 160's would feel... Come and see. It's a load of fun....not bad at all...

I'm very proud of you...you are a real asset to 3fc!
