Talking Conquering the elliptical
When we first bought our elliptical, I couldn't do more than 30 seconds before I got off and said I quit. I became determined to lose weight about 2 weeks ago and made it a goal to be able to do 15 minutes on the elliptical at a level 3 resistance. Today I did it! At 13 I wanted to stop, but I was so close. I pushed through it and it happened. I did what I thought I couldn't, so even though the scale isn't moving, I know I am getting stronger.
