Default DOWN a pound

And I'll TAKE it.

It's strange, my fasting sugars have been really high for me - in the 170s.
But the postprandial sugars are still fine - in the 140s.
Must be dawn phenomenon, huh?
I'll know for sure with my next A1c.

the only thing i have found that helps the dawn phenomenon is exercising. if i exercise at least five times a week, my readings go down. i just went through this last week i went a whole week without exercising, and my readings were sometimes as high as in the 160's. but then i started working out again and now they're still high (in the 110's and 120's) but they're A LOT better.

Thanks Beerab!

Thanks Vermont Chick! So glad to have this information. Does it matter what time of day I exercise to accomplish this? Good thing I just joined a gym.
