Smile Excited about starting Metabolic Research Program
I am new to the MRC program(3rd day of pre-conditioning). So far so good! I haven't wanted to cheat at all. I do crave sweets though! I go back for my instructional class this Friday. I am excited!!

Once you get into your regular menu for 5 days you can have the creamies and they really help with sweet cravings. Good luck!

Welcome!! You're off to a great start! I'm a sweetaholic but I have had almost no cravings once I started the beige menu. It keeps the carbs so low that they don't trigger the cravings. Good luck!

This is my 2nd day of preconditioning. I'm at work so I have to buy from the cafeteria. They had my favorite meal today too, but I resisted.
