Motivation/YO YO
I am the poster child for yo yo dieting lately. I give in to temptaion and craving after being so good on this diet and losing 13lbs. I know I'm gaining some back, I refuse to get on the scale though. I'm starting again today, but man-does anyone else out there do really well, have tons of energy, then mess up and just feel lethargic and tired? It's the sugar, I know it is. Ugh. BLAH. Ok, I'm done ranting.
