Unhappy weight watchers

I am a lifetime ww. member, but I can't go to the meetings
right now. I just can't afford it. I know ther is a new program,
they are always changing it. I don't know what to do!

Morning! Use the program that worked for you in the past!!!
I know that may not be a popular answer, but you already know that worked for you. I personally have a hard time with the points system... way to easy to cheat!

Did you start with Points? Do you have a PointsFinder? If so, I'll be happy the post the minimal changes they have made.

If you are a lifetime member and have stayed within two pounds of your declared goal, you shouldn't have to pay. If you're not within two pounds and would have to pay, then maybe comsistently visiting sites like this will provide the motivation you need to keep going.

As far as the program, I lost my weight on the "old" 1-2-3 Success program. It worked for me. I know WW has made some small changes to it over the past couple years, but I basically follow 1-2-3. Whatever WW program you lost your weight on before, stay with that. If you want the new program and can't afford the cost, then check out eBay -- they're always auctioning off materials that people no longer use and you could probably pick up the newer program for a lot less.

Good luck

As a lifetime member, you are entitled to new program materials whenever they change the program. You will have to pay for the one meeting you attend if you haven't kept current with your weekly weigh-ins and/or you're not within 2 lb of goal, but you should be able to walk in there, pay for one meeting, and get the whole packet of materials. Call and make sure first, of course. May be cheaper than e-bay, depending on the local meeting charge.

Default Lifetime Losers

Regan:
There are tons of great information out there. WW isn't the only one to know about weight loss. I love picking up magazines to get new recipe ideas. I like Cooking Light, Shape, and WW magazine. Look at the bookstore & I'll share my secret Buget Pinching Tip.....Pick up a cookbook and get a piece of paper out of your purse and write down a few recipes that sound fun...I do this with Tofu recipes since I'd hate to buy the cookbook and never use it.

Sometimes I resent paying too. Afterall, it is a business & they are constantly trying to get you to buy something. I'm hoping I only have one more week to pay & then I'll go once a month again & try to get below my goal weight on my own.

Best wishes

Default WW....

Hi All,
I am currently bidding on ebay for a ww program that's new. I'm hoping to win it as I have no access to WW in my small town. Thanks again for the idea. It looks like there is support and accountability here. Thanks Again.
Blessings, Bree
