Hello Everyone, My name is Alisha and I found this site while researching information about the Fat Smash Diet. I'm not good when it comes to diets because I am a very picky eater. I love this site, everyone on here seems to be very positive and motivated individuals with the common goal of living a healthier and "lighter" life. I've found so many great recipes. I will be starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!! I look forward to speaking to you all!! Have a great day. Headed to the supermarket now
