Default Silly exercise question.....

I always wear my heart rate moniter while I do my videos, walks, or runs but I got to thinking last night as I was doing crunches on my ball. Why don't I wear it during that too? I did 100 crunches, 40 jack knives, and then I did this 10 minutes to toned arms series of exercises with my hand weights and I was sweating all over again and breathing heavy. I didn't think the movements on my ball were that much strain but beings I had to dust it off, I know embarrassing, it really got my heart rate up there. So, should I keep the moniter on while I do those exericses too? Do you?

Sorry if this should be in the exercise forum, just thought I might get more of a response here.

I keep mine on through it all...like you said, I'm sweating and breathing heavily through the strength training, so I count it
