Does anyone else have this problem?
I want to do WW. I know it works, it has worked for me in the past (many years ago). Over the last maybe 3-4 years, I have continually tried to start WW and never have made it past a day or two. So two weeks ago, I decided I was going to low carb it. I've done well and am on track for losing 2lbs in two weeks which I know is good. The thing is I don't like eating like this. I want more variety, I'm sick to death of eggs and cheese sticks.
Now, this is the problem. Over the last two weeks on two different days, I decided I was going to try and switch back over to WW and added carbs to my diet. On BOTH days, I lost control in the evenings. It's like something shuts off in me and I just don't care by the end of the day.
Is this normal? or is it all in my head? I have to say that I also have been on my elliptical machine regulary (5days/wk) for the past two weeks. That is more time in two weeks than I've been on it in the full two years I've owned it. So I'm feeling more energy on the low carb I guess, but I just don't want to have to eat like this all the time!!
Should I just suck it up and keep doing what's working? or do I just need more willpower? Anyone else have this problem?
