Default VICTORY on the scale last night!
GOOD BYE 250's!!!! FOREVER!

Last night at weigh in I lost 3.4!
2 goals accomplished! 1. Lose 20lbs before vacation 4/17. And to be under 250! this is huge for me....one notch down on the doctors scale!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BE OVER 250!

5lbs more and I'll make my ww 10%!

OH HAPPY DAY!
