Default Progress Soup Calories

Question:

If a can of Progress Vegetable Soup has 60 calories per serving and there are two servings in the can, that is 120 calories.

What if you are only eating the veggies in the soup and tossing the juice out? Does that still count as 120 calories for a can or would it be less?

Thanks,

I'm sure it would be less, but not sure how much less. Does it say if there is sugar of any kind or a beef or vegetable stock? Both of those would add calories to the liquid. I'm wondering why dump the broth? It's good filler and 120 calories isn't that much for 2 servings of soup (is it about 2 cups?)

Sorry about the spelling: it's Progresso

It says chicken stock and it is 2 cups. I just don't like the liquid part.
If I were eating Campbell's Chicken Noodle or something, I would not even consider tossing the liquid.
