Last week I went to the gym 5 days never done this before. I always say I don't do Monday's because of going and staying up late on the weekend but I did. Yea Me.

Congrats! That's a huge accomplishment. I would ALWAYS say that too. I can't go today...im too tired. That was the old me. The new me gets angry with myself if I make excuses not to go. At the end of the week, its far more rewarding knowing you went 5 days that week, and it shows in your weight loss. Thats the best feeling ever. Keep up the GREAT work!

Congrats! That is a big accomplishment! I used to be the same way, then I thought I'm paying for this so I might as well get the most i can outta it. lol. Pretty soon you'll be a gym rat!
