Hi Kids,

What a strange few weeks its been.......CALGON TAKE ME AWAY !!! Never tried that stuff, wonder if it really works

Whats new ? nodda here just busy at work, the usual. Brough mom to the hospital this am, she was crying her hand hurt so bad so we had it checked out and it turns out its arthritis. We waited 4 hours in the emergency room packed with people and only 1 doctor.........and this is a snooty upity hospital. They got a piece of my mind when I left and others too. I was nice but I told them it was aweful and I wouldn't go there ever again.

Anyyyyway, whats cookin ?

Love, Leens

Default Mornin'

Hi Leens and those to come,

I am back at work today.. oh joy. Only 1.5 more days til weekend!! yipeee...

Sorry to hear about Mom feeling poorly. Hopefully now she has been diagnosed, she can get treatment. I know about those waits in ERs.. they are the pits. I haven't ever tried Calgon Leens, but I do know I adore an epsom salt bath.. I think part of Calgon is Epsom salts at least the stuff that comes in a box.... let me go see website..lol their website is at www.takemeaway.com hehehe. No listing of ingrediants.. drat. Well you'll just have to read the box

I have chicken at home in fridge, marinating.. in lime juice, orange juice, mango chutney, pepper sauce, oregano and ginger. MMmmmm can wait for dinner. Think I may grill this with some zucchini and maybe serve over bulgar wheat.. so that is what is cooking, well almost cooking. Otherwise, SOSDD here as usual. My mom and stepfather left for Sweden yesterday to go visit family. She is getting me a birthday gift there... can't wait to see what it is. I love presents!! Hope they have a lovely and safe visit.

I exercised this morning after having 2 days off due to havinga fever... felt worn out doing it, but body feels more alert now afterwards. It will help my mood as well, I am sure.

Everyone else, check in.. let us know what's up.

Hi gang!...what's cooking?....hmmmm nothing as good as Linda is describing.....scrammbled eggs on dry toast for lunch....had an apple for breakfast.

I am really screwed up after my stretch at work...my head is in a fog and I am so behind at home I am ahead....not really!

I guess one foot in front of the other...there is nothing else I can do.

Have a good one all!

Sorry about your Mom Leens...does she not have a family doctor that can look after her arthritis?

Linda your Mom's trip sounds lovely...glad you are feeling better.

P.S. Leens I burst out laughing while reading your post on LC...wish I could remember what ya said...but you crack me up!

Oh ya it was the crumbs on the boobs thing!

Liz

Mmmmmm Linda, I want to come for dinner!!! Painted all night still not done!! Walls almost done then to the woodwork Yuck!!

Leens hope your mother gets some relief...that is so painful. I guess all the hospitals in the states are the same!!

Liz...you and your eggs...you are going to start growing feathers

I am looking forward to Saturday. I am going SHOPPING with three girlfriends, going to a very quaint town in New England on the seashore. Lots of little shops (most of them too expensive) to poke around in. Then the dreaded lunch While they order all their fried seafood, I will be good and get my baked fish, which is still good, but ohhhhhhhhh I can smell those clams, scallops, shrimps and calamari now!!! HELP I WILL BE GOOD, I WILL BE GOOD, I WILL BE GOOD, how many times do I have to say that before I believe it?

Have a great day and evening ladies!~~~~~~~Meg
