I was dressed in some workout clothes at church last night because a couple friends walk 3 1/2 miles around the building and run stairs (and do push ups every 2 laps, 36 laps total I think). While grabbing a diet coke, I hear, "Hey looks like you lost a couple a pounds." I said yep, around 20 of them...lol

I too got told about 2 weeks ago fro the first time.. "have you lost weight" it felt soooo great!!!!! yay for you!
