Default 290 to 260! Progress! (may take a moment to load)
The first picture is me around 290lbs and the second is me today at 260.6lbs!

Also, it was kind of hard to get a full body pic so the reason for me not smiling is because I was all stressed out because all of the pics were turning out weird.

I can see the most difference in my upper body and my tummy has flattened up a bit. I never thought I would actually be posting progress pics, but everyone else's progress is so inspiring and it is nice seeing a change in my body since most days I still feel like I'm 300lbs. I will add to the collage when i reach 235, which is my next mini goal!

It's kinda hard to tell which one is the before and after because it flashes over to the next one to quick.. is there any way to put them side by side?

but great job on the 40 lb loss! that's huge! I'm at 31 lbs and I can't wait to get to 40!

It wouldn't let me put them right next to each other so I just labeled them "before" and "after".
