I find that prepackaged meals are HIGH in sodium!! So maybe making your own and watch how you season it.

Fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains Limit your packaged foods, especially canned.

Where are your trouble spots with sodium? Maybe we can suggest alternatives.

Here are two easy creamy soups that I make all the time. They take 5 minutes and you can control the sodium.

Creamy Tomato Soup
1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes (I buy no sodium versions)
1/2 cup veggie broth
1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning

Combine all ingredients and heat through. Makes 1 serving. I like to add some frozen corn (not thawed) to it or eat it with some whole grain crackers.

Cream Pumpkin Soup
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup veggie broth
1/4 cup soy milk
salt, pumpkin spice

Same directions as above.

Not sure if you have access to cooking soups, but these are really good!
