Sometimes I have to stop reading the posts because I get so hungry reading about all the foods people are eating, or especially the foods people are not eating. Does this happen to you?
Oh, all the time! Especially if it's a post where someone is detailing all the "bad" things they ate (chips, burritos, pizza, cake, etc). I had to get off the website the other night because someone's post made me so hungry I wanted to eat everything in the pantry.
OH YES all the time!! Ditto penmage's comment about bad foods that people write about. Makes me want to be bad so much more.
It's like the temptations are calling out to me as I read, the foods can't be that bad, come on, try a little. Someone else on a diet is eating so you can too.
