I eat only low to non fat foods. NO SODA.I was a 2 litre a day Coke drinker

.I only drink water and decaf coffee. I try not to eat past 6 pm. I have been walking about 25 min a day , except for weekends, its hard with the kids and hubby is home for the weekend so I want to spend as much time possible with him. I dont see him all week. I rarely eat sweets anymore except for an occasional one when I cant stand it anymore. It used to eat half a low fat little debbie to curb my craving but they discontinued them!
Im hopng to get my walking time up. I ordered a pair of NIKE cross trainers for $19.99 on clearance!!
