Default Kindof odd question

Ok, so this is a smidge embarrassing, but I have to ask.

Does anyone have any suggestions for any, um, undergarments that can keep my lower belly from.....jiggling so much when I work out?

My lower belly is quite jiggly, and when I am working out, especially high intensity stuff like 30 DS (which I LOVE), all the jumping jacks and butt kicks cause my belly to get sore. Kindof the same feeling as if I were trying to do jumping jacks without a sports bra, only in my belly fat instead of my chest.

I hope this isn't TMI!

Thanks.

p.s. I also should say while I am doing these high-intensity workouts, I do focus on keeping my abs pulled in tight, which does help some, but even when my abs are pulled in as tight as I can, there is still quite a bit of jiggling going on.

Granted, I'm a dancer, but I wear leotards when I work out... (And no, not over electric blue bike shorts, like in the 80s!) You can find some really comfortable ones in lots of fun colors-- and you can wear them under your clothing/tank tops

You could get compression shorts. They are what I use when running.

I never knew the meaning of a jiggly stomach until after babies, now it's all over the place, lol. Have you tried a "spanx" like garment? It doesn't have to be spanx brand, you can even get ones that don't have the heavy duty elastic around the waist and thighs. It holds everything where it's supposed to be.

I wear spanks type bike shorts all the time, under dresses, pants, jeans, they are so comfy, I also wear them under my workout clothes to prevent panty lines. Wear snug stuff in other words, if you're doing the 30DC you're alone at home, no one will see you...
