Weight is stuck
My weight has stayed around 127 now since Christmas, and I'm not sure how to get it to go down again! It did this once before at 132...
If I could just loose 7 more lbs!!!
I exercise a few times a week, I admittently however, don't keep up with my diet as much. I'm eating all very healthy foods (mainly) but, i'm just not cutting enough out to loose - instead I'm maintaining.
Also, I started seeing someone, and I go visit him on some weekend due to distance, so I loose my control then - and we eat out a lot. It's really tough!
Any pointers to help me get back on the weight loss train with you all?
