Did great on my diet yesterday.........sheeeeeeesh. Hopefully today I'll do good too but I don't know being I have to have cake for Linda's Birthday

Nothing much new here SOSDD. Still feeling good on the meds, THANK GOD !!

Leens so glad you did well on diet yesterday.. one day at a time, one meal at a time... all adds up. no you don't have to have cake. And no birthday suit running here.

Meg, I wish I was getting buff. It is going very slow. I know that when the fat burns off what is left over will be pretty toned, it's getting the fat off that is the PITA!!

Nothing new here today.. got up and did step aerobics, now at work. Tonight, I'll be making cajun fish for dinner and maybe some grilled zucchini.. mmmm. Lunch is a smart ones. pretzels and an apple and MAN I am hungry and its only 9:30. My tummy is growling and it rarely ever does. Might eat an extra apple in a few minutes here just to shut it up!!
