Unhappy painful TOM and exercise

How do you ladies push on through the cramps?? I know mine are so bad that I usually place a heating pad on my back and stomach, take a muscle relaxer and some midol and sleep for 3 or 4 days, waking to go to the bathroom and eat a little something...

I've made too much progress with my exercise videos to stop exercising now.. I just picked myself up out of a rut and cant afford to give in to the pain..

What's your secret to ignoring the feeling of being cut in two??

Have you ever thought about getting checked out why you cramp so bad and have such a hard time when the TOM comes around. I use to have a really hard time every month and the dr. told me their are procedures to help.

I ended up having a hysterctomy but there are things they can do for you.
I know it's no fun that time of the month. If it were me I wouldnt exercise during that time, it seems to make it worse. I sure hope you feel better..

you should have that checked out. a friend of mine found out she has polycistic fibrosis and it causes people to have a very hard time losing weight. just a thought.

When I have really bad cramps, I'll just stay in bed and sleep (if I can!). I've heard that exercise during the rest of the month can help with cramps though, so keep if up after the TOM.
