I sure hope it will be easy to incorporate into my lifestyle. I really look forward to seeing any result. Do you begin with just points for what you eat or can you go ahead and exercise too?

carolina as long as you plan.. and you start with our points and any activity points you are are like extra topping on the cake you can either eat them or just use them as a tool to speed up your weight loss

Thanks! So I do not have to eat those activity points, good because I kinda thought that would be defeating the purpose for me. I'd like to speed things up myself...
