Hello everyone

this is my first time here, hope to have some support and will offer mine when I can. I'm 47 years old and for the first time in 22 years I'm at my goal weight thanks to the ww point system, I joined a year ago and attended the meeting for about 4 months, and have been winging it alone since then, I have been a little wobbly lately and thought some support might be called for, I've been up and down 2-3 lbs. but staying within range, I feel like I really want to just let go and eat lately but I know I'll hate myself if I go back up. I was 204lbs at 5' 7" and now I range between 150-153, is there anybody else that would like to share the their trails and tribulations??? Jill
