Default Anyone using the online program?

I'm currently doing WW at home without the use of the online site. I'm considering joining the onlite site, I'm just not sure if it would help me and what all it offers? Any advice from anyone who uses it would be appreciated!

I'm using it. I like it because it keeps me accountable. I also like how easy it is to calculate points for stuff.

I love the points tracker. It is super easy to use and I don't have to worry about writing things down or adding up points. It really helps if I change my mind on what I had planned to eat. I don't have to subtract the points I had already counted and then add up new points. I simply delete and enter a new food!
There are also recipes, a discussion board, activity points tracker and a weight tracker that I use.

I go to meetings but may be using the online tools in the future. I don't have the book with me at the moment but the statistics did say that those who use WW online are more successful than those who try to do it on their own.

I use the online plan because, as others have said, of ease of tracking (and I have a permanent record it will be hard to lose!) and because of the recipes. There is also a lot of good information there. I think it's worth it. I use the Monthly Pass, which saves money on the meetings AND the online program.

I just joined today for WW online. Seems like there are lots of great things available on there.
But does anyone know if they send you any info in the mail if you are doing it online?

Default Weight Watchers on line

Hi,

I just started WW on line. they have a special that you can sign in on line for one week trial. They need your credit card information, but if you cancel within the first week you are not charged.

It is great to track on line, has lots of recipes, exercise log and lots of advice and encouragement.

Good luck and keep on going on.

I'm doing the online WW. I enjoy it for all the reasons mentioned - accountability, easy to track things, etc.

They do not send anything in the mail.

Also if you google before hand for "weight watchers online codes" you can find something to get an even better deal. I don't remember where I found it or what the code was, but I found something to get 25% off.

Hello, I'm new here and new to WW Online. I did the online option because I can't make it to meetings but wanted some accountability. I like that I can also use the online tools on my blackberry.

I officially started today. I hope this works.

I'm doing WW online and I love it. The points tracker is actually fun to use. It makes it much easier to really keep track of what you're eating and your activity, too.

I'm also doing it online. It's been a month and I've lost 9.4 pounds so far. It's really easy to do and I love the points tracker. I would say go for it!

Default Weight Watcher Online

I have been considering join online as well. I would like to know from those of you that are using it....can you go to the actual places where WW meetings are held and purchase some of the food items that they sell or is that exclusively for people who actually go to the meetings. I would love to be able to try some of their things, but can't figure out how to get them unless I actually join and get them at the meetings.

I do the monthly pass and can go to meetings and use the online tools. My favorite online tool is the recipe builder. I can enter a recipe and then modify it to adjust servings, recalculate points and make it healthier. I got a chocolate cake recipe down to 8 points a serving with the recipe builder. I just love it! I know you can go to your first meeting for free. I would ask the leader after the meeting if you can purchase items. The worst they will do is say no.

I am doing it online, mainly because it was cheaper. I was worried about not having meetings but so far (caveat: only a week in) I'm doing good and lost 2 lbs my first week. I really appreciate the ease-of-use when it comes to tracking. I am on my computer all day anyway, and so it can be really nice to have it right there. The only times I have problems are when the Internet is down but then I just track down what I eat on paper and enter it later.

The recipes are great, too. I've made a few of them now and while I have had a miss or two most of them have been hits.

I use WW online and I love it. I've had more success online than I ever had when I went to meetings.
