Default Anybody ever feel like they cheated but didn't?

I am on WW and only ate my allotted points today, but I'm so full I feel like I MUST have cheated. I keep going over what I ate in my head to see if I calculated my points wrong, but I know I didn't. I guess I just have this feeling that if I'm dieting I should feel deprived. Weird!

I did that just today! I am 500 cals under today! I keep thinking I ate some more stuff, but I didn't! And I'm not really hungry... But i'll probably eat a little something in a bit, I don't want to stay too low!

But I know what you mean... some days are just weird!

It's such a pleasure when you can get over feeling guilty about being satisfied. Sometimes it just takes a little time.

I know how you feel. It reminds me of all of those diet commercials where people say they're dieting and they don't feel deprived, etc. I always think to myself, "Me too! And I didn't have to pay an extra $49.99 a month to do it!"

I'm glad to see that so many people can relate!

But I also have the opposite problem too--sometimes I eat all my points for the day and am still ravishingly hungry!

I have totally had that feeling too i think its due in part to me thinking healthy foods arent as good as greasy fast food lol. But now I look at a grapefruit and my mouth waters lol, don't get me wrong, those mcdonalds commercials still get to me, and occasionally i have to change the channel lol.

That's a great thing, Peatrix! That means you must be having filling foods instead of junk. I know when I first started, I struggled so much to get in all my daily points. I was just so full I couldn't eat any more points. It's better now though.

My fav treat is frozen chocolate cool whip but sometimes when I'm eating it out of the carton with a spoon in the kitchen I feel like I'm eating ice cream and I freeze for a second because I think 'oh man, I'm gonna regret this.'

Then I realize, oh, it's just a few carbs.

I've been like that lately. I eat all of my calories or close to it and I'm still wanting more. I liked it better when I first started because it wasn't so hard then!

Yeah, so just yesterday I started this thread, but TODAY was a mcuh different story! Lol! I ate all my points at the beginning of the day and was not satisfied at all. Luckily, it was the start of a new week for me at WW so I had all my weekly points to use and didn't go off plan. I didn't plan on using them, but ended up using a third. Just one of those days!
