Default Mornin'

Hi Lizzy and those to come,

I am having a crappy morning and want to hit something. Stupid customers.... can't follow a simple direction.. grrrrrrr. I might have to get up and walk around in order to calm down. Probably better if I stay in my cube, as I am really angry. Luckily, I don't want to eat anything.

Not much going on here today. Just looking forward to weekend. 1.5 days away. Tomorrow is my no exercise day, so I am looking forward to that. I get to sleep in an extra hour if I want to. usually, I sleep in an extra 30 minutes, so I get to work early and leave early.

The sole with bananas recipe was pretty darned boring. I even added some garlic and red pepper. It wasnt awful, just kind of blah. I will shred the rest of the fish up and make tacos I think. Those I know are yummy. Life is far too short to eat food that isn't yummy!!

Hope you are all having a pleasant Thursday.

HAHAHAHA Leens... :snort:

I've never had fried bananas before, so I will take your word for it. And Chocolate and /or peanut butter on bananas.. gosh that has been eons.

I am getting hungry for lunch. Today is Basil Chicken.. yum. Not sure yet what new recipes to try next week. I will do some surfing on my lunch hour and find one new fish dish and one other new main dish recipe to make next week. I'll let you know what weird concoctions I come up with.

Lizzy.. hope you get to practice CPR on a cute man

Linny,

Come up with a recipe that you can eat it until you puke and its only 2 calories per serving and the serving size is 1 gallon But its gotta taste like carrot cake. Wouldn't life be nice if all chocolate chip cookies were 0 calories no fat and the size of frisbee's mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I'M BACK!!!!!
Leens i like the idea about the cookies, that would be great.

Well I'm going to make this short. I'm doing much better I'm even working on taking a more hands on approch to getting myself straightened out. I've been doing a lot of research and talking with my husband about things that we can do to make life better.

Well I gotta go. I'll try to check in later.

Default Yes yes

Yes, of course.. cookies the size of frisbees, that taste yummy, no fat no cals...... I think I would have landed in heaven. Have you ever seen the movie " Defending Your Life"? It is with Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep. it takes place in Heaven. All of the food there is made, just as you want, ready in an instant, no calories and you can have as much as you want!!

Hi MrsM, so glad you are back. Missed you on the daily thread.

Almost Lunge time.. I mean lunch
