Talking Liquids Only

It may not seem like a lot to some, but I started a new eating plan and yesterday the plan was to feast on liquids only and a lite meal for dinner. Having failed even the first day so many times before, I made it through yesterday only eating liquids and having a salad with chicken breast for dinner. This was an acomplishment for me.

yay! i read that as long as those liquids have vitamins and stuff that it is good for you. maybe gradually add food, so you dont gain all the eight back when you start eating again.

Good job that you have that much will. But becareful you don't want your body to think you're over eating once you do add food!
