I'm one of those people who made another New Year's Resolution to lose weight this year - and I'm bound and determined to do it this time! I've been following the Let's Do Lunch plan for three weeks and have lost 8.5 pounds thus far with many, many more to go.
I guess you could say that I'm a "career dieter" and have tried pretty much everything out there with little success, so this early progress is very encouraging for me!
