Default Newbie looking for support on weight loss journey
Hi,

My name is Faith. I actually came across this forum looking for something else on Google. I read some of the 3FC book back in 2006. I wish I had taken the book to heart then.

I'm trying to lose weight. So far, I've lost 12 lbs but I've got a ways to go. I know having support will help in the journey. I know I need to exercise and eat right not only to lose weight but for my health (I have hypertension). I look forward to being here more.

I am a newbie too. My name is Michelle and tomorrow I start changing my lifestyle. I plan on eating healthy and finally using that treadmill!
I am 41 and live in Vegas.

I'm so glad you've found us! We have lots of spots to check out...by age range, by eating plan, so look around.

Hello Faith!
I am new to 3FC too! We have very similar stats! I also have lost about 15lbs since the first of the year. This site has a ton of info and advice and it has been great having people sharing the same struggle to share their experiences with you. Feel free to message me to share ideas or questions.
