Ugh I had such a long day.. went to school, went to work, then came home for an hour and was craving cookies (tom) so I BAKED COOKIES and then went to my night class (only once a week) and then I got home and ate like 5 cookies.. in addition to the 2 I already ate. I bagged them and I'm going to take them to work tomorrow!!! Do you think this will ruin my plan of losing 1 pound per week? Ughhhh whats wrong with me

Nothing is wrong with you. We ALL have days like that. Nobody expects you to never eat a cookie or to never succumb to temptation. Success is getting back on the horse one more time than you fell off. If you feel that strongly about it, eat a little less tomorrow. Frankly, I think you'll be just fine.

The sooner you can get them out of the house, the better, though!

When I made cookies for christmas, I ended up baking 21 dozen cookies (that is not a typo) and the day I baked them all, I was so proud of myself cause I didn't eat a single one. The next day, I ate NINE of them!! That's when I boxed the remainders up (plenty of them had already been gifted) and sent them with DH to put in the teachers lounge.

get ride of all the cookies tomorrow, and tomorrow just move on. Maybe add an extra work out. Stay positive! Focus on the GOOD things you did today, and do great tomorrow!

Cookies are impossible for me, I can't have them around. I eat them, and don't even think. Mindless binges.... it's scary

I have been eating a bit of ice cream every night since I have some left over from a party... just a tiny bit, 1 serving - and only if I work out. It's a nice treat, and I don't go over board

It's not the end of the world. We all have that feeling from time to time, like we completely screwed up, but the most important thing about dieting is to be flexible. Realize that everyone's going to do things they don't like from time to time, and that you'll be okay. Assuming they were around 50 cals each (that's a rough guess), you only added around 350 extra calories to your day- that's about 0.1 pounds. Don't sweat it!
