Cool Hummus

I've been using Hummus on all my sandwiches instead of butter and margerine for a week now.. Very tasty..and gets me off the mayo now too..

Cheers

I just read the post because I love hummus... thought maybe it was a shared recipe. But I'm not sure if you realize that you posted on the Fat Smash thread... that's why they are asking you about phase 3.

Default nayonaise

i eat hummus in sandwiches all the time. you can also use it to dip vegetables. there are a lot of bean dip recipes all over the net, too.
for another dip, i use a vegan cream cheese mixed with salsa. it tastes just like it has real cream cheese to me.
if you really like mayonaise, do you know about nayonaise and other vegan brands of fake mayo? i only know about it because i like potato salad. these vegan products must be pretty good because i cant choke anything down that isn't tasty.
also, instead of butter, i pour a little cold olive oil on vegetables.

I mix my plain homemade hummus with my favorite flavor of store bought hummus, to stretch it. I usually make enough to use in the FS pizza dough recipe.
