I think you need to be a little more specific in the sort of help or encouragement you are in need of... and the specific problem your trying to over come- with that being said- we are all here to help you- but you need to tell us what you need help with... do you have a health issue? is so what kind? do you have depression? has some one said something mean to you and gotten you down? are you getting discouraged because your not losing any weight yet? you just have to be a little more specific
