Hello everyone,

My name is Jacki and I live in IL. I am ready to start my new journey, for a healthier me. I have been putting this off too long, and know the time is now. I can't wait to feel better.

Hi Jacki! I'm new, too. I just joined yesterday. I'm also from IL. Originally from the St. Louis Metro Area, but now in Central IL. Where are you?

I'm glad you're here!! What are your plans for food and movement?

We have lots of subforums, for people following different nutrition plans, by age, interests, and we have 100lb Club which has some of the best support on the WWW.
