Default the overweight step mother of the groom!
Hi everyone,

I am Kasha and I am here because I need to lose weight before my stepson's upcoming wedding. I am about 90 lbs overweight and while I realize that I won't be my ideal weight by May I would like to loose as much as possible by the wedding just to give myself a confidence boost.

What plan are you thinking of following?

Welcome! I am sure you will look wonderful. Like you said, goal weight is not possible without drastic measures, but hopefully we can help with the confidence. I know 3fc has helped me with that so far, along with weight loss and making great friends.

Whatever you do, don't buy a dress for awhile...LOL It is MUCH easier to take in a dress than let one out.

Good for you getting started before the wedding. I didn't and I am at near my highest weight in all the wedding pictures (DS1).
