Default I made through...
I made it through the day at 1679 calories. I did it while staying home all day watching TV except for the hour walk to the store and back. I am so happy with myself. I know it does not seem like much but it does mean quite a bit for me. Maybe this time next week I will be dancing because of a whole week on plan.

I DID IT!!
