I would say again but I am not because it is a new plan, new year and new me!
I was on ww about 4 years ago. I lost over 40 pounds. The exact number is tucked far away in my brain. I do remember I started at 214. I did it only online and I used the flex plan. I drifted away when my best friend hit her goal and I had a career change. I am now back( at 199.4) and I attended my first meeting Monday. I am excited and ready to do this!!
I hope to meet people who are ready to change today for a healthier tomorrow!
