Default didn't gain

Hi,

I am so thankful. I have been going through an odd depression I guess and have strayed. It has been many months since I have been here or even desired to continue my weight loss journey. (odd as that sounds). However, when I stepped on the dreaded scale, to my surprise, I found that I actually was down a few pounds from when I was last here.

That was wonderful. Now I have to add a new mini goal. I am almost 200 pounds now...so my mini goal will be to go under 200, by the end of the week.

So, although I didn't necessarily achieve a new goal, I still feel I have had a success and needed to post this. Even if it is for my own encouragement.

Thanks all on 3FC and I hope to read up and catch up on everyone here.

Congrats on maintaining and even losing a little without conscious effort. Do you know what that means? It means you made the 'lifestyle' change and healthier eating part of your life enough to not notice you were doing it. You should defininately be congratulated for that!
