Soo....last week I started at 181, and with proper eating and some good workouts, I'm now 177.5

Yeah I know it'll slow down a little after the next week or so and be more like 1-2lbs per week, which is good and healthy, but it's a nice kickoff for me!! and already my clothes are fitting looser and you can actually see it in my face..probably losing some bloat but still..i'll take it! Im totally motivated!!
