Seriously, never been this bloated before. I took a pregnancy test just to make sure, lol. I am like 12 inches bloated, HAHA. I feel fat, nasty, and naturally I want to drown my sorrows in soy nog and cookies.

I'd say grab some midol and a big glass of water! I bloat HORRIBLY and sometimes I even take a diuretic so I don't feel like a whale.

(Not literally, you'd die of water poisoning, ironically, but drink a LOT of water. Though at first it makes you feel more bloated.. you get the entertainment of jumping around and hearing the water slosh in your stomach... always good for a giggle... AND it gets rid of the bloat. )

(Unless it's a TOM bloat. In which case... drink just as much water, and pray that the crimson gods bugger off with the red tide so you can get back to your normal life. )

Jelbb- I know this is off topic from this thread- but congrats on losing 25 pounds. I know I've told you this before, but you started about where I started and it's really encouraging to see that you are doing so well... keep it up! I seriously was debating baking a quick batch of cookies and then I saw your progress and I said, "WWJD... what would jelbb do?!" HAHAHAHAHAHA I don't know what you'd do, but my guess is since you have been sucessful you would have likely decided against it... so that's what I'm doing. Say no to the cookie...

Hehe, I woulda definitely said "no" to the cookies, but mostly just cos they have wheat in them, and I am all hardcore anti-wheat, cos it's my metabolism-killer.
I would be more likely to go somewhere and buy a SINGLE cookie tho, simply cos I can't portion control myself, lol. If there is a bag, or a batch, or a box of ANYTHING, I will eat all of it.

Thanks for my warm fuzzy! And oh, believe me... if I can lose the weight, you DEFINITELY can, because I am apathetic and lazy and adore Kraft Dinner and raw cookie dough.

OMG!! This whole thing just made laugh out loud literally - just reading ya'll's conversation.

Jess is right though - tons of water. Last TOM, I drank over 100oz everyday & I lost 3 lbs in one week! It works!!
