Ok, I am having a moment today! I get really bad cravings the week before my period. Usually, the week of my period, I am ok. I actually lost 3 pounds last month, but the week before is always **** week for me. I want everything. I am a freaking bottomless pit. And seeing as how I only have 1564 calories per day, I can't afford to eat until I'm full.

I'm not opposed to having a day & eating what I want, but I just don't know...

I'm emotional today, having issues with friends/family & feeling pressured ON TOP of having PMS cravings. Ugh!

PMS sucks. i find that if i take some time to do something i LOVE it helps. soak in the bath with a book, have a glass of wine, a small chocolate bar. it wont destroy everything, and after all this is a life style not a diet right?

I had a cookie & I just so don't feel bad about it. It was good, it scratched my itch & I had a salad before I ate it, so Woo for Andrea!!

I think I am the weirdest person.....

I hate chocolate...so I don't get chocolate cravings for TOM...

I don't really get cravings for anything...I just get really...really depressed and tired.

All I want to do is sleep and lay on the floor and do nothing, not even video games!!!

I some how work my way through it though...and I still end up gaining temporary pounds just from the bloating...

Awwwww, Chance now I want a cookie!

So, I went overboard & ate soup & a brownie after my salad & cookie. Ugh! Doing the shred in a bit. I guess everybody has off weeks huh? Now I really need some encouragement. I'm feeling like a total a$$.

we all trip up sometimes!! I think one of the greatest lines from a movie I've heard was from Batman (the new one) "Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves back up" That's all that's happened, just a small trip and you need to just pick yourself right back up. You can do it, I know you can, dust yourself off and start again tomorrow

chance: your name is andrea? mine too! man, don't feel bad, I had a big binge today too! and I had a big binge two days ago too! So yeah, off week for me as well. I ate all of my calories, and THEN I binged on a brownie, cereal, AND hot chocolate! and tomorrow I am sure I will be eating more and drinking alcohol because it is my friend's birthday. And then saturday I will probably eat more because I will be awake from 7am to probably around midnight!

Vday: How do you pronounce your name? Mine is On-dree-uh. LOL AND our birthdays are both in February...small world! I had a binge day on Monday too which I always plan for, but today was not really planned. I just agreed to have a cookie & take the hit, but I didn't need the Panera.

I just did the 30DS & I did it really hard - my legs are still shaking - so hopefully that made up for something. I have a Carmen Electra Strip-Aerobics or whatever that I got for my bridal shower that I have never tried so I was thinking about trying that tonight & that will be extra calories burned.

Thanks for the encouragement!
