My trip is cominig soon (Jan 17th!) and I need all the motivation I can get to get more in shape, so I'll try this out too!!!
Goals:
1) Run 3 times a week (alternating HIIT training and 30 mins of straight running.)
2) Weights or floor stuff 4 times a week.

Ugh, November (and October) were relative busts for me -- I was so busy at work and with school and a few other things that my weightloss goals and my exercise and diet slipped way down the priorities list. I'm happy in that, unlike last year and the year before, I can still fit into my jeans, which by this time 2006 and 2007, I could not. But it's definitely time to recommit to my program. My Goals:
1. Excercise for 1300 minutes in December
2. Get more cardio into my exercise routine
3. Resistance train 4 times a week
4. Stick to a low carb eating plan; fewer than 70g's carbs a day
5. Monitor my carbs and calories online

I'm new to this but i have a goal of completing a half marathon (WALKING) on Dec. 7th. I just came down with a bug and have been training for it, so i'll let everyone know how it goes.

I'm new to this so I'm not exactly sure how to set everything up but my goals for Dec. are to lose 6lb(to be out of the 190's), to exercise at least 800 min, this month, and to keep a food journal. (That will be enough of a challenge on it's own because I'm a little unorganized!) Updates to come
