I went to the Madonna concert last night in Detroit, and let's just say this morning wasn't fun! My body enjoys 8+ hours of sleep every night and being wrapped up in warm blankets when it's 22 degrees outside. My body does NOT enjoy exhaustion, or scraping ice off of my car windows before work. Going to bed at 1:30 this morning didn't help!
So now I'm making excuses for not going to the gym tonight. I KNOW I need to go. I haven't been in a week. Once I get my butt there, it's like an addiction... but once I miss out on 1,2,3... days it gets increasingly difficult to get myself back in there! Anyone else feel this way?
I haven't been very healthy the last week or so, so I definitely need to get the ball rolling again!
