Arrow So tired, kick my butt to the gym!!!

I went to the Madonna concert last night in Detroit, and let's just say this morning wasn't fun! My body enjoys 8+ hours of sleep every night and being wrapped up in warm blankets when it's 22 degrees outside. My body does NOT enjoy exhaustion, or scraping ice off of my car windows before work. Going to bed at 1:30 this morning didn't help!

So now I'm making excuses for not going to the gym tonight. I KNOW I need to go. I haven't been in a week. Once I get my butt there, it's like an addiction... but once I miss out on 1,2,3... days it gets increasingly difficult to get myself back in there! Anyone else feel this way?

I haven't been very healthy the last week or so, so I definitely need to get the ball rolling again!

Kick my butt to the gym, ladies!!!!

GET TO THE GYM!!!

alright now i've said it---get set ---go!!!

i wish i had a gym membership===but with the baby and no one to watch him i cant --but i do workout at home---so if you arent going to go to the gym i would say take a long walk or jog--- do something just keep moving---


and today is a new day and a new week--- so get up and go---quit lingering on here and go---yeah i'm doing the same thing---lol---instead of being up and moving around i'm surfing the forums here---haha
