Hey everyone!! I'm a first timer to the website, but definitely not a first timer to weight loss. This is it for me, no more half-assed attempts at losing weight. I'm 100% serious this time. Im 21 years old and I'm trying to get into shape by the summer. My deadline is the end of June, so I have 8 months to lose as much weight as I can. Hopefully 3FC can help me and keep me motivated, because I surely do need it so I don't fall off the wagon.
I think even though you want to lose as much weight as possible by whenever, you should still set yourself small monthly goals or something just to encourage yourself and stay motivated.
