Welcome, I just started here this week and get frustrated with the program. I guess I am not as good on a computer as I thought I was.
This is my first week on the "real" diet and I admire anyone who has already lost lots of weight. Congrats to you! You must be proud and doing the right thing. I have the cookbook but don't care so much for their recipes, it seems most of them have the same veggies and spices. I think I am going to try to make my own recipes without the butter, oils etc. and see if it tastes any decent
I just posted a "help" thread for travel, if you have any hints for me, let me know. Thanks.

There is one recipe in the cookbook that I love. It is a lunch recipe and is the turkey lasagna. There are two but it is the one that does not use an HNS. You layer zucchini, cottage cheese mixture, meat/tomato puree mixture. I add whatever spices I want and it is awesome. My husband loves it too. I make it on Sunday's and take it to work for lunch throughout the week, A really easy thing to do is the hobo packs. I put whatever veggies I want, with various spices. I measure after they are cooked and split it that way and have a few days worth of dinners/lunches.

As for traveling I haven't done much since I have been on this. One thing I would suggest is the tuna in the pouch. I have found that is the easiest way to eat on the go. I have a little scale and have been known to pop it out on the table and measure my food when traveling too.

Can you share the lasagna recipe? I found one for ranch dressing that sounds yummy...

Ranch Dressing

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch
12 oz. Low Fat Cottage Cheese

Blend in blender or food processor.
