*Hi everyone*

I joined a few weeks ago, but only started posting today!

I am on my 3rd week of Weight watchers. My starting weight was 173, after 2 weeks I am down 8 pounds i am trying to loose my post-baby weight, My daughter is now 4 months old.

Anyway....Ill get on with it! The last 2 days ive had a bit of a upset tummy, and this afternoon I vomited after my lunch I am actually starting to feel hungry again, so what would happen with the points i consumed and vomited? should I pretend I never had lunch and use those points again? or add on extra ?

Yikes, this is a tricky one, and probably too late to help you, anyway, but I'll try. If you feel you lost most of your lunch, it probably wouldn't hurt to go ahead and replace most of the points. Your body may have absorbed some of the food, so I wouldn't eat the full amount of your allotted lunch points, though.

By the way, welcome to 3FCs, and congratulations on your success with WW so far.

hi jane thanks for that! I just used a few of the points, not all of them! still lost a pound this week, which im happy with because i was sick
