Hi I'm Vickie and no stranger to dieting, I've yo-yo'ed since I was 18 but I've been big (although I was very fit as a teenager) since forever.
The last time I lost weight was 4 years ago, shedding 6stones but 3 years ago I started to put it back on and as of last week I was 312lbs.

and on Tuesday I'm joining a gym

My main motivation for losing weight is wanting to start a family. My cycles are all over the place right now (coz of my weight
