Smile Finally out of my plateau

I tried everything to get myself out of my plateau because I had not lost any week in the past two weeks. This past Sunday, I ate a short stack of pancakes with maple syrup and a turkey bacon, cheese and tomato omelet at IHOP (I don't recommend anybody do this) because I was at the end of my rope and come Monday...I had gone down from 191 to 189. I started 30 day Shred on Monday night so I can't say it was Jillian who helped me out of it. What happened?

Yesterday, I went down to 188.4 and I'm 188.4 today so I'm out of my plateau and I am so happy!

Anyway, I just thought I'd share my rather unusual plateau experience.

Thats awesome!!!
The same happens to me sometimes - when I eat a larger amount of food I loose and it stays gone. Which is why I started shifting.
Great job!!
